Application & Directions
- The floor must be fully stripped and free of coatings, finishes, guards, waxes, and existing sealers.
- Clean the surface thoroughly and allow it to dry completely.
- Pour STG Penetrating Sealer in a thin line onto the floor.
- Spread evenly using a clean microfiber flat mop with overlapping passes.
- Allow the product to dwell for approximately 3–5 minutes.
- Do not allow excess product to completely dry on the surface.
- After drying, remove any excess product with a clean, dry microfiber flat mop.
- Allow 15–30 minutes of drying time between coats.
- Apply a minimum of two coats for optimal protection.
Betco recommends allowing approximately 1–2 hours before light traffic and 24 hours before mopping or autoscrubbing after the final coat.
Maintenance
After sealing, Betco recommends maintaining the floor with STG Cleaner, which is designed to clean and provide ongoing soil-repelling protection.
