Limited Warranty
Okum Supply warrants refurbished cleaning equipment against defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service to the original purchaser as detailed below.

90 Days – From Purchase Date
Subject to the conditions stated below, Okum Supply warrants polyethylene tanks and housings to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of ninety (90) days. This includes leaks, cracks or structural issues. Parts replaced or repaired are warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period.
60 Days – From Purchase Date
Subject to the conditions stated below, Okum Supply warrants all major equipment (scrubbers, floor machines, large area vacuums, riders, etc.) components to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a 60-day period. Parts replaced or repaired are warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period.
30 Days – From Purchase Date
Subject to the conditions stated below, Okum Supply warrants all other cleaning equipment components to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a 30-day period. Parts replaced or repaired are warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period.
Batteries
Batteries are warranted by the battery provider and Okum Supply will facilitate all battery warranty claims with the appropriate battery vendor.
Labor Warranty Coverage
If parts are determined to be covered under the above listed warranty parameters, the labor cost will also be covered.
Warranty Service Location & Travel
All warranty coverage requires services to be performed at the Okum Supply repair center. Okum Supply will not reimburse client or other repair center warranty claims for any repairs. Travel (Pickup, Delivery and or In The Field Service) is not covered under this warranty
Wear Items & Damage
Wear items exempt from warranty include but not limited to: belts carbon brushes, power cords, wheels, pad drivers, clutch plates, handle grips, filters, screens, throttle cables, hoses, auto- scrubber squeegee blades, pads, brushes, nozzles, guns, wands, quick couplers, seals, gaskets, o-rings, pistons, packings, valves, fuses and pump protectors.
This warranty shall not apply to failures caused by misuse or abuse, improper maintenance as stated in the operation manuals, use of unauthorized repair parts, repairs by other than Okum Supply service center, and damage in transit.
Okum Supply disclaims and denies any liability for any direct, indirect, special incidental or consequential damage which may be suffered as a result of sale, delivery, servicing, use, loss of any product, downtime, labor, freight, or other charges not expressly included herein.
