Return & Refund Policy

Returns

At Okum Supply, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not, you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition as received — unused, with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.

To start a return, contact us at office@okumsupply.com. Once your request is approved, we’ll provide detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please note:

  • Items sent back without prior return authorization will not be accepted.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll evaluate the issue promptly and make it right at no additional cost to you.


Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Special-order items or products purchased specifically for a client’s unique request or specification
  • Perishable goods
  • Equipment that has been used in any capacity, including those showing signs of operation, wear, or installation

Additional exceptions:

  • Discounted or sale items, and gift cards, cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Returned items must include all original tags, packaging, and show no signs of wear or use.

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies for return, please contact us before sending it back.

Okum Supply reserves the right to review and approve special return requests on a one-off basis when appropriate, at the company’s sole discretion.


Exchanges

At this time, Okum Supply does not accept exchanges. If you wish to receive a different item, please return the original (if eligible) for a refund and place a new order.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of its approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at office@okumsupply.com.
