Directions for Use
Heavy Baked-On Deposits
Apply full-strength Oven Jell® by spraying or brushing onto the cool surface. Allow it to work for 15–30 minutes, then flush the loosened residue with water. Stubborn deposits may require additional mechanical agitation.
Light Deposits & Regular Cleaning
Dilute the product with equal parts water. Spray or brush onto the surface, allow 15–30 minutes of contact time, and flush thoroughly with water.
Deep-Fat Fryers
Drain the fryer and remove excess grease. Fill the fryer with water to approximately 4 inches from the top, then add 6–8 oz. of Oven Jell® per gallon of water. Heat to a gentle rolling boil for 20–30 minutes, brush areas not reached by the solution, then drain and rinse thoroughly.

Do not use on aluminum or painted surfaces.
Always clean equipment when it is cool.
Food-contact equipment and surfaces must be thoroughly rinsed with potable water after cleaning.
