LiquiStrip® Floor Stripper by Betco is a concentrated, water-based stripping solution designed to remove permanent, non-strippable floor guards and coatings from concrete and cementitious terrazzo surfaces. It is formulated as an alternative to diamond tooling, helping simplify coating removal while reducing labor and equipment requirements.
LiquiStrip is part of Betco's Crete Rx™ ProCoat System, where it is used to remove existing coatings before applying a new concrete guard such as LiquiShield®.

Dilution & Directions
Light to Medium Stripping
Dilute 10 oz. per gallon of cool water (1:12).
Heavy Stripping
Dilute 32 oz. per gallon of cool water (1:3).
Application process:
- Sweep or dust-mop the floor to remove loose dirt and debris.
- Apply the diluted LiquiStrip liberally.
- Allow approximately 10 minutes of dwell time while keeping the surface wet.
- Agitate with an appropriate stripping pad and low-speed rotary machine, automatic scrubber, or stripping machine.
- Pick up the solution using a wet/dry vacuum or automatic scrubber.
- Thoroughly rinse the floor with an automatic scrubber or mop and bucket.
Important Surface Information
LiquiStrip is not recommended for linoleum, sheet vinyl, rubber, VCT, LVT, LVP, or epoxy terrazzo floors. Betco recommends testing a small, inconspicuous area first because color bleeding or discoloration may occur.
The SDS identifies LiquiStrip as capable of causing serious eye damage and skin irritation, so appropriate gloves and eye/face protection should be used during handling and application.
