Hi-Tech® Floor Finish is a professional-grade metal interlocked floor finish designed to deliver outstanding performance in high-speed floor maintenance programs. Its specialized formulation provides an excellent wet-look shine after burnishing while helping prevent powdering, scuffing, and black heel marks. The self-leveling and self-sealing formula provides smooth application and strong adhesion to properly prepared resilient flooring.

Hi-Tech® is particularly well suited for synthetic rubber sport floors while also being recommended for all types of resilient tile flooring and properly prepared hard surfaces. The 5-gallon Bag-in-Box format, item #610B5-00, is ideal for professional facilities and larger floor-care operations.

Directions for Use

For restorative maintenance, completely remove old wax, floor finish, and soil according to the recommended Betco stripping procedure. The floor must be clean, dry, and free of residue before applying Hi-Tech®. Rinse with clean water when necessary.

Apply the product in uniform, thin-to-medium coats using a clean synthetic finish mop, microfiber mop, or suitable applicator system. Allow each coat to dry thoroughly before applying additional coats, normally 20–30 minutes. Elevated temperatures, heavy coats, and high humidity may increase drying time.

A minimum of four coats is recommended for restorative applications. Because Hi-Tech® is self-sealing, a separate sealer is generally unnecessary; however, old, worn, or porous flooring may benefit from 1–2 coats of an appropriate Betco sealer first.

For routine maintenance, sweep and dust mop the floor, then damp mop or automatically scrub using a suitable Betco floor cleaner. Buff or burnish as needed to enhance gloss. For interim maintenance, top scrub the floor and apply 1–2 additional coats when required.
