Directions for Use

For restorative maintenance, completely remove existing wax, finish, and soil according to the recommended Betco stripping procedure. The floor must be clean, dry, and free from residue before applying Hi-Tech® Floor Finish. Rinse with clean water when necessary.

Apply the finish in uniform, thin-to-medium coats using a clean synthetic finish mop, microfiber mop, or suitable applicator system. Allow each coat to dry thoroughly before applying another coat, typically 20–30 minutes under normal conditions. Higher temperatures, heavy application, and increased humidity may extend drying time.

A minimum of four coats is recommended for a durable finished surface. Once properly cured, maintain the floor through routine cleaning, buffing, or burnishing as required.
