Betco® One Step Floor Cleaner/Restorer is a concentrated high-speed floor cleaner and restorer designed to clean floors while simultaneously conditioning and restoring the top layer of floor finish. Its one-step formulation helps reduce labor and the need for frequent recoating by improving burnish response, repairing the appearance of light scuffs and scratches, and restoring gloss.

Designed for use in professional floor-maintenance programs, Betco® One Step can be applied with a mop or used through an automatic scrubber before high-speed buffing or burnishing. It is suitable for resilient tile, linoleum, quarry tile, stone, terrazzo, and vinyl tile. The 4 × 1-gallon bottle case is item #61804-00.

Directions for Use

Mop-On Application

1. Sweep large debris from the floor and dust mop thoroughly.
2. Dilute 1 oz. of Betco® One Step per gallon of water, equivalent to approximately 1:128.
3. Place appropriate Wet Floor warning signs around the work area.
4. Damp mop the floor with the diluted solution to clean and condition the existing finish.
5. Allow the floor to dry thoroughly.
6. High-speed buff or burnish using the appropriate floor pad and equipment.

Automatic Scrubber Application

For automatic scrubber use, dilute 2 oz. per gallon of water, approximately 1:64. Clean and condition the floor with the diluted solution, allow it to dry thoroughly, and then high-speed buff or burnish as appropriate.

For chemical-management systems, follow the dilution and application instructions provided on the product label and by the applicable dispensing system.
