Please note that all processing times are separate from the shipping times shown at checkout.
All orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders placed after 4:00 PM EST, or during weekends, will be processed the following business day.
Pre-ordered items are processed within 24 hours of arrival to our facility Monday through Friday, and will ship accordingly.
Due to the high volume of orders, or supply chain issues, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If we are experiencing any delays, we will contact you with updated processing times for your order.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Okum Supply strictly adheres to regulations regarding the shipment of hazardous goods. Any item that is classified as potentially hazardous under applicable laws and regulations will be subject to specific shipping requirements.
Hazardous goods will only be shipped via UPS Ground services. This choice of shipping method aligns with safety regulations and ensures that hazardous items are transported with the necessary precautions. Customers should be aware that additional handling fees may apply to hazardous shipments.

New Shipping Process for LTL Equipment:
No Upfront Shipping Charges: To ensure that you get the most cost-effective shipping option tailored to your location and requirements, we will no longer charge any upfront shipping fees when you purchase equipment from us. This means you can complete your order without worrying about overpaying for shipping at checkout.
Personalized Shipping Quotes: After you make a purchase, a member of our dedicated team will reach out to you via phone or email to discuss your specific shipping needs. We believe in providing you with a customized shipping quote that takes into account your location, the size and weight of the equipment, and any special delivery requirements you might have.
Saving You Money: Our goal is to help you save money by offering shipping options that best suit your needs without any unnecessary upselling. By working closely with trusted shipping partners, we can identify the most cost-effective and reliable solutions to deliver your equipment to you promptly and securely.
Equipment shipping that requires Less Than Truckload (LTL) is standard under the following circumstances:
No liftgate required.
Delivery location is not considered limited access and is a commercial address.
Price requirement must be met per machine purchased.
Please note that failure to meet these requirements may cause additional charges or delivery delays.
Liftgate delivery is NOT included in our free standard LTL shipping. The delivery location must either have access to a liftgate or be willing to add one to the delivery at no cost to Okum Supply. However, it is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure this requirement is met.
No deliveries will be made to limited access locations as part of our free standard LTL shipping. If the customer requires delivery to a limited access location, Okum Supply can add this service at an additional cost to be covered by the customer.
Liftgate Requirement: If the delivery location lacks access to a liftgate, and the purchaser opts not to add one, Okum Supply will not be responsible for any associated issues or costs.
Limited Access Delivery: If the purchaser requires delivery to a limited access location, Okum Supply will add this service at an additional cost to be covered by the customer.

We currently only ship within the continental United States.
Free local delivery is available for orders over $150 within a 25 mile radius from our warehouse (see map for details).
Deliveries are made from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM on Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our warehouse in West Chester, Ohio. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 business day. We will send you an email when your order is ready, along with instructions.
Our in-store pickup hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM on Monday through Friday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
Orders cannot be shipped to PO Boxes.
Not all shipping methods are available for certain items.
We accept returns up to 30 days after the purchase date, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

Refunds exclude all cleaning equipment and tooling.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at office@okumsupply.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
